DISTRIBUTORS WANTED

KEEP YOUR BUSINESS AFLOAT WITH VERSADOCK

February 2008 - A revolutionary maintenance free docking system is taking the marine industry by storm, and the company behind the innovative creation is looking for dealers and distributors in Central and Western Europe to expand its network.

Unlike docks constructed from wood and metal parts, the VersaDock system offers waterfront and anchored docking whilst delivering unparalleled versatility - allowing even the most awkward corners, mud flats or previously unusable areas to be accessed with ease.

With successful networks already established in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and many parts of Europe, VersaDock is keen to find companies who are interested in distributing its unique products - which are being snapped up by marinas and boat yards across the globe. The VersaDock system is also proving increasingly popular with private boat owners as installation does not require any specialist skills, and can be assembled in only a few hours - indeed it is the only modular system that can be assembled from above the dock.

Chris Wilson, International Sales Director, from VersaDock International said: "We have an excellent opportunity available for anyone wishing to expand their nautical offering. Versadock is an ideal docking system for both the commercial and residential sector, and is already gaining a reputation as the ultimate flexible docking solution."

VersaDock floats form the cornerstone of the system, and are capable of dealing with the most demanding environments - as well as being strong enough to hold extraordinary loads. Best of all, the maintenance free design is so robust it allows the dock to move with the waves whilst remaining completely solid.

The revolutionary drive-on V-Float technology literally guides and cradles the hull of a boat or jet ski safely onto the dock. This enables vessels to be driven on and stored out of the water thus protecting them from salt and corrosion in the harsh marine environment - also meaning no anti-fouling is required.

VersaDock's unique design and unmatched quality allow the dock to be used in almost any application. A variety of accessories, for example cleats and fenders, are lso offered in the range, which is available from VersaDock International at http://www.versadock.com/ or through a number of distributors within Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia.

VERSADOCK LAUNCH 2B Sure Electronic Antifouling

PRESS RELEASE

VERSADOCK INTERNATIONAL LAUNCHES INNOVATIVE 2B SURE

ELECTRICAL ANTIFOULING SYSTEM AT METS

November 2008 - The revolutionary 2B Sure electrical antifouling system, which prevents underwater growth without painting, is being launched at METS by VersaDock International.

The new anode antifouling system from Bright Spark, which does not require contact with the hull, is being distributed by VersaDock International Ltd, the company behind the popular maintenance-free docking system.

The environmentally-friendly 2B Sure, which protects both the hull and stern gear and leads to improved performance and reduced fuel costs, is being launched on VersaDock's stand 03.108 at the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS), Amsterdam, from November 18-20. VersaDock is also looking to appoint distributors worldwide.

VersaDock's Chris Wilson says, "The results are amazing. The system has been tested by The Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research (NIOZ) and extensive tests have been undertaken on boats and North Sea navigation buoys - with great success."

Bright Spark's innovative 2B Sure antifouling system works on any hull material and features two electrodes which are suspended just below the waterline, one at the bow and one at the stern. These are connected to a control box, which sends an electrical current to the anodes and releases a limited cloud of copper ions into the water. These do not harm sealife or the environment.

The movement of the ions along the electrical field within the water prevents fouling - the growth of barnacles, mussels and other forms of unwanted organic matter that can seriously affect boat speed, performance and fuel consumption.

"The result for boats and ships is consistent unimpaired performance, reduced fuel charges and considerable savings in the costs of lift out, boat scrub, bottom paint and burnishing," Chris adds.

The system is simple to install and operates on either 12/24VDC or 110/240 VAC power source. Minimal power is used and the field density and strength of the ions can be adjusted from the control box.

A single 2B Sure antifouling system is sufficient for boats of up to 20metres long. For bigger craft, two or more systems can be used together.

VersaDock is creating a worldwide distribution system for the 2B Sure antifouling system and wants to meet potential distributors at METS. Anyone interested should visit the VersaDock stand 03:108.

Note to journalists at METS: The innovative 2B Sure antifouling system from Bright Spark can be seen on the VersaDock stand 03:108 at METS (Amsterdam Rai, 18-20 November). For details, contact James Tuck at ADPR, on +44 (0)1460 241641, Email james@adpr.co.uk
